When introducing groups and doing the rules you should ALWAYS ask about sensitivity to flashing lights and loud noises. e.g. "Our games contain flashing lights and loud noises, if that is an issue for anyone please let me know and I can make adjustments to your game."

If someone says yes then there are a few things you can do for each game.

Game Specific Instructions

  • Save the City
    • Explain that if they find torches in the game they may have a strobing setting so they should be cautious of this.
    • If louder noises are an issue there is a low volume version of qlabs on the desktop (Named Save the City 26.11.22 Low Volume) just close the normal version of qlabs and double click this then run Pre-game setup as normal.
