Problem	Fix
Front Door Maglock not engaging	Ensure switch is on (yellow wall of staff room, left switch). Ensure metal plate is attached to the top of the door and engages the maglock when closed. If not reattach screws.

Save the City

Problem	Fix
Screens not showing EXIT logo screen	Turn everything off completely then follow the opening up guide. Ensure screens are both powered on with the physical on button, this may have been turned off by a group.
Water poured into table bottle in first room	Use the siphon tube and a bucket from the kitchen to extract as much water as possible then use blue roll or cloths to dab up the rest.
CCTV cameras not working	Ensure all plug sockets are on and power cables are plugged into the camera cables under the desk where the Mac is. Test the CCTV power supplies/cables from another game that isn't booked to see if it works.

Volatile Laboratories

Problem	Fix
Lights in final room are flickering	Turn everything off and on using the white remote, you may need to leave the lights on for 10 minutes for them to stop flickering.
Brain tissue sample carousel making lots of noise	This noise will stop after 10 minutes or so of being turned on.
CCTV cameras not working	Ensure all plug sockets are on and power cables are plugged into the camera cables under the desk where the Mac is. Test the CCTV power supplies/cables from another game that isn't booked to see if it works.
Flashing corridor lights aren't flashing or aren't turning on.	Turn everything off, then follow the opening up guide. Ensure the DMX dimmer packs are showing A100 (for the corridor) and A107 for the one in the switches room. If they aren't showing numbers unplug the kettle lead (power cord) and plug back in, ensure the small black switch is set to 1 or ON.
Just 1 light isn't turning on in corridor	Shut down then follow opening up guide. Turn power to game off, then unscrew black 'cage' and pull off coloured glass to reveal the bulb, get new bulb of same type from 3 bears kitchen and replace and test.
